The www.vtlepc.com portal is developed & maintained by Shiva Infotech for Vindhya Telelinks Limited (VTL), a M P Birla Group Company which is a manufacturer & supplier of optical cables to highly reputed clients like Bharti Telecom, Reliance Communications, MTNL, NTPC, SAIL, etc. The EPC (Engineering Procurement Contract) division of VTL is providing turnkey solutions such as trenching, laying, jointing, installation, networking, etc. for Telecom Industry.

The EPC division is using this Portal to manage its Projects which are running throughout India by Monitoring Projects at different stages, Daily Progress Report, Daily Site Expenses Approval, Material Management at Warehouse, Machines Mobilization & Documentation, Daily Attendance of Site Staff and Management Analysis Reports.
